Two years ago, we were brought on to reimagine our client’s beach house—what began as a renovation quickly evolved into a completely new build.

Our approach remained the same as it does with every project: to create something that feels effortless, timeless, and quietly impactful. To us, timeless isn’t about looking back—it’s about designing spaces that feel current, layered, and enduring through thoughtful materiality and detail.

Every element was carefully considered to strike that balance—where warmth meets refinement, and simplicity still feels deeply interesting.
